Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data DoLabels collects when you visit dolabels.com or send us a request, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have. We limit data collection to what the website needs in order to work and what we need in order to answer you.

Who is responsible for your data

We are the controller of the personal data described here. We have not appointed a data protection officer; for any question about your data, write to the address above.

What data we process, why, and on what legal basis

Visiting the website. When you open a page, the server of our hosting provider automatically records technical data: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page, and your browser and operating system. These server logs are needed to deliver the pages, keep the site secure and detect abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The logs are kept by the hosting provider for a short period only, and we do not use them to identify you.

Quote requests and the contact form. When you send a request, we process the data you enter: name, company, email address, phone number, the label type, your message and any calculation you attach. The request is sent by email to orders@dolabels.com, where it is stored in our mailbox and, if you order, in our order records. We use it to answer you, prepare a quote and, if you order, to fulfil the contract. Legal basis: steps taken before entering into a contract and performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); where you write on behalf of a company, also our legitimate interest in communicating with business customers (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Email and phone. If you email or call us, we process your contact details and the content of the conversation for the same purposes and on the same legal basis.

The price calculator. The calculator runs entirely in your browser. Your entries are not sent to us and are not stored anywhere unless you press "Request this quote", in which case they become part of your message.

Cookies and similar technologies

Necessary storage. This website works without cookies. The only thing it may store in your browser is your answer to the cookie notice (in local storage, not a cookie), so that we do not ask you again; that storage is strictly necessary and needs no consent.

Statistics (only with your consent). Web analytics is switched off by default. If we enable Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.), it runs only after you accept it in the cookie notice. It then sets the cookies _ga and _ga_* (lifetime up to 13 months) to count visits and see which pages are used, with IP addresses shortened. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time under "Cookie settings" in the footer; withdrawal deletes nothing already collected but stops further collection. Google may process the data in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the EU standard contractual clauses.

No other third parties. Fonts, images and scripts are delivered from our own server. We use no advertising tools, social-media plug-ins or embedded third-party content. Unless you accept statistics cookies, opening the website sends your data to no one other than our hosting provider.

Who receives your data

• Hostinger International Ltd. (Cyprus), which hosts the website and our orders@dolabels.com mailbox and processes server logs, form submissions and email on our behalf under a data processing agreement.

We do not sell personal data and do not pass it to third parties for their own purposes. We disclose data only where the law requires it.

Data transfers outside the EU/EEA

The website is hosted on servers within the European Union. If a provider processes data outside the EU/EEA (for example, some email services), the transfer is protected by an adequacy decision of the European Commission or by the EU standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep data

• Server logs: deleted by the hosting provider after a short period, at most 30 days.
• Requests that do not lead to an order: deleted no later than 12 months after our last contact.
• Orders, quotes and invoices: kept for the period required by Lithuanian accounting and tax law, generally 10 years.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask us at any time to: give you access to the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; delete your data where we have no obligation to keep it; restrict processing; provide the data you gave us in a portable format; and stop processing that is based on our legitimate interests. Write to orders@dolabels.com. We reply within one month.

Complaints

If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija, L. Sapiegos g. 17, 10312 Vilnius, ada@ada.lt, vdai.lrv.lt) or to the supervisory authority of your own EU country.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS, so data you send through the form is encrypted in transit. Access to our mailbox and order records is limited to the staff who need it.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy when the website or our processing changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
